Lasagna

Mmm, if you're anything like me, you can't eat lasagna out of a box. My mom taught me the homemade version, and I won't ever go back.

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
2 large cans of tomato sauce
Lasagna noodles, 1 pack.
1 block of mozzerella cheese (I buy it already grated in a bag.)
Garlic Salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425* Then, in a skillet, brown the ground beef, season with garlic salt. Once it is all cooked through, add the tomato sauce to the meat. Stir until the mix is hot. Meanwhile, prepare the first layer of noodles in a lasagna pan by laying themn flat across the bottom, overlapping them about a half an inch and grate the cheese if needed. Once the meat sauce is hot, spoon a layer down over the first set of noodles, then cover with a coat of cheese. Then, another row of noodles, then meat sauce, then cheese. Continue that pattern until you run out of sauce. Make sure you have enough noodles and cheese to finish the top layer.
You should end with cheese on top.

Bake for almost twenty minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned.

It goes great with garlic bread & salad! Enjoy!
