Crock Pot Clam Chowder

Ingredients:

1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 oz)
1 can cream of potato soup (10.75 oz)
1 can New England clam chowder (10.75 oz)
2 cans minced/chopped clams
1 qt half and half cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
Bacon bits (optional)

Directions:

Combine the three cans of soup into crock pot. Melt butter and garlic in a bowl in the microwave, mix into the soup mixture. Then add clams, half and half and whipping cream. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Top with bacon bits if you would like. Delicious and super easy!
