This comes from the brilliant mind of my lovely husband, Justin. He is a grillmaster. I swear to that. I am quite sure he learned this combo from his father, it's delicious! Peterson men are pretty good on the grill.
Ingredients
2 packages Kielbasa sausage. (Packaged In a horseshoe shape.)
12 red potatoes (if needed)
1 large yellow onion
2 tsps garlic salt
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
3 tbsps butter
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into inch cubes or so. Slice the kielbasa into about 1/2 inch slices and then slice the onions to desired size. I prefer them in 1/2 inch slices or so. Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil, place all the ingredients into the middle and wrap foil up around them like a large bowl. Drop butter into three spots in the mix and sprinkle the seasonings over top. Close the bag up by pinching it closed and folding over. Shake it up. Open to make sure the seasoning is even and close, shake again. Seal it tightly closed and grill for 30-45 minutes. Flip it every fifteen minutes. So bomb!
PS: If you have leftovers, the next morning, scramble up some eggs, throw all the leftovers and the eggs into a baking dish, top with some shredded cheese and broil for 5 minutes. Yuuuuuummm.
