Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

I love Philly Cheese Steak, anywhere and everywhere. But I can never eat a whole one, so I decided to make smaller versions of them. I also decided to cook the meat in the crock pot to make it as tender as possible. Enjoy :)

Ingredients:

1 pound rib-eye steak, very very thinly shaved or sliced
1 white onion
1 tspn minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup beef stock
1/4 tspn ground black pepper
1 cup melted cheese whiz
10 small dinner rolls

Directions:
Place the rib-eye in the bottom of the crock pot, followed by the beef stock, garlic, salt and pepper. Turn it on low and cook for five hours. Then chop the onions into small slices. Heat the cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds or until it is warm. Once the meat is cooked, completely brown, drain the broth off of each piece of meat. Place the meat on the roll, followed by the onion slices, and top it with the melted cheese. Then the other half of the roll on top. Mmmm, dig in!
