1-2 lbs cube steak
1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
1 cup flour
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup whipping cream
Directions: Mix the saltine crackers, flour, garlic salt and steak seasoning together in a bowl. Then in a separate bowl, mix the egg, milk & whipping cream together. Dip the pieces of cube steak into the dry mix first, then the wet, and last the dry again. Once you have covered them to your liking, place them in a skillet with 1/4 inch of heated oil. Be sure not to get the oil to hot, so you don't burn them. It's best to cook them on medium.
