Bakersfield, CaIngredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 bread crumbs
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 egg
1 cup teriyaki marinade
Directions:
Using your hands or a utensil, smash the ground beef up in a mixing bowl. With the exception of the teriyaki sauce, pour all ingredients into the bowl of beef. Mix together well. Once your mixture is smooth and somewhat sticky on your hands, roll the meat into small balls, however big or small you want. Just remember, the bigger they are, the longer they have to cook. In a skillet, heat up the cup of teriyaki sauce. Once it is simmering, add your meatballs to the pan. Allow them to brown all the way around, this will require you to flip them a few times. Once all of your meatballs have browned on the outside, turn the heat to low, and cover for around 15 minutes. For bigger meatballs, allow 20 minutes.SN: Steamed Rice is a great match for them. Just serve them over the top with a bit of the remaining sauce from the pan. Sooooooo mouth wateringly delicious! Great job Aimee!
