Breakfast Cupcakes

Ingredients:


5 eggs
1 cup sausage (I used precooked links, and heated them in the microwave. Then crumble them in a bowl with a fork or your fingers)
Frozen hash browns
1 package country gravy
Cupcake sleeves and pan

Directions: 


Preheat the oven to 375. Place cupcake liners in the pan. Mix the eggs and pour some into each liner to about halfway. Sprinkle sausage crumbles into the egg mixture. Then top with a generous supply of hash browns. Bake for 20 minutes or until hash browns have browned on top. Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to directions on package, set aside. Once the cupcakes have baked for 20 minutes, switch the oven to broil for another five minutes or until the hashbrowns are browned to your liking. Remove cupcakes from oven, allow them to cool for a couple minutes. Flip them over onto a plate and remove cupcake sleeves. Cover with gravy and they are ready to serve and absolutely amazing!
