Ingredients:1 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup La Choy soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsps. minced garlic
1 package frozen broccoli florets
Directions:
Place beef strips into bottom of crock pot. In a mixing bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic. Pour over the top of the beef strips. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Once it has cooked, take two tbsp of the sauce from the crock pot and mix together with cornstarch. Add mixture to crock pot and stir well. Then add broccoli florets and stir. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, the high heat will make the sauce thicken. Then, it's done! I serve it over steamed rice! Delicious!
